On May 15, my Microsoft office word document crashed twice. Unfortunately, I did not think to copy the error message on that day. However, it crashed again today, and I experienced similar issues (‘spinning wheel of death’ on Mac) and application being unresponsive where typing was delayed and mouse wasn’t allowing me to navigate in the document which ultimately led me to force quit the app (I will paste it below).
My system information is: Sonoma 14.3 working on Macbok Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020)
Are you able to help me generate a crash report for May 15 to indicate at what time it crashed on May 15th and what caused it?
Today, I deleted the extra plug ins (I think they are called). They were EndNote X9 and Grammarly Desktop so hopefully that will help as well.
Thank you very much for your assistance.

What has caused Microsoft’s crash outage 2024?
Microsoft experienced a global outage on Thursday due to an issue with CrowdStrike’s Falcon Sensor software, causing widespread disruptions and triggering the ‘Blue Screen of Death’ on Windows PCs.
Criticism of Microsoft has followed various aspects of its products and business practices. Issues with ease of use, robustness, and security of the company’s software are common targets for critics. In the 2000s, a number of malware mishaps targeted security flaws in Windows and other products.
